Ok, so part of what the Psychiatrist is worried about is my lack of good sleep..  so he gave me Lunesta, I've not taken it for being worried about not waking up if Connor needs me...  he promised me I would, but I wanted to see if anyone here takes it and if you do, are you able to wake up in case you need to in the middle of the night?  Also, do you wake up with "hangovers" for lack of a better word, groggy and out of it???

Thanks..

Someone very close to me takes it.  Now, they don't take it every night, but occasionally to help them sleep.Hammock 1

I know they wake up qucikly if needed, so that's not a problem. Alarm Clock I also know that they aren't a morning person, so I don't know if the "hangover symptoms"Drinking Red Wine are part of the drug or not!

Maybe they will post later today and help you out with your questions!PJs

Hang in there Amy!

Thank you, Scott, that someone very close to you, is also very special indeed!!

She calmed my fears and even though it is 7am, I am greatly looking forward to bedtime tonight, and getting a good nights sleep!

Thank you to you both, you are wonderful people!!!!

Now.. when ya'll coming to the mountain, we sat out in my parent's backyard yesterday and watch all kinds of beautiful birds, and I thought of YOU and your camera..  "where is Scott???"
